From Alb:

Take I-40 East to exit 175 (Sandia Peak exit)

Head North on NM-14

At just over 4 miles, turn east on Ridge Dr.

This is a relatively steep road, at the top of the hill, with about 50 mailboxes at the intersection

 

From Santa Fe:

Take NM-14 South

At just over 1 mile from the intersection of NM-536 (Sandia Crest Rd), NM-306 (Frost Rd) & NM-14, turn east on Ridge Dr.

This is a relatively steep road, at the top of the hill, with about 50 mailboxes at the intersection

 

Stay on the paved road (this will force you to veer right onto Sycamore)

At the Tee, turn left (north) (onto Juniper Hill Lp)

After about 200 yards turn right (east) (onto Pinon Tr)

After about a mile, and at the top of a hill, turn right onto Alicia (dirt road)

13 Alicia is at the end of the road on the left, with a paved drive.

It is the only white house in the area. 281-8073

 

It takes about 15 minutes from the intersection of Tramway and I-40 in Albuquerque, and about 45-55 minutes from Santa Fe.
