Local Power Plant Follies by the Shiprock High School Team of Kymberly Brown and Martha Hughes was selected to receive the NMNWSE special award for best project by a woman or team with a majority of women in the 2004-2005 New Mexico Adventures in SuperComputing Challenge. The team was mentored by teachers Vernetta Nobel, Brenda Hines, and Kyla Johnson. NMNWSE is proud to recognize this outstanding project.
