2020 Summer Physics Camp for Young Women in Northern New Mexico

The Summer Physics Camp for Young Women in Northern New Mexico is free 2 week long camp at Pojoaque Valley High School, which aims at empowering and inspiring young women to make connections with STEM professionals and consider careers is STEM. It runs from June 8-19, and is open to young women attending High School in Northern New Mexico who have completed Algebra I or a high-level math course.

The organizers would appreciate your help spreading the word to eligible young women. They are also looking for additional volunteers to help with the camp.

The application deadline for students is April 1, 2020.
Note acceptance to this program is not based on grades, but on the assessment of the impact that participating to this STEM camp can have on the young woman and her future.
