TALK at 12:00 Jan Frigo, NIS-3, LANL Overview of Robotics EYH Workshop with a Mindstorm Robot System Demo |

I will discuss the workshop I gave recently at the EYH workshop this
March. I will explain the Mindstorm Robot System and demo a few programs
the girls in the workshop were asked to write. I hope to encourage others who are
thinking about giving their own workshop as well as get
suggestions/feedback from other presenters to improve my workshop.

Bring your lunch or pick up something at the Hot Rocks Java Cafe next door. You are welcome to come for just the talk at noon, and questions are encouraged!
Synergy Center Conference Room, 3rd flr, Bldg 1, Los Alamos Research Park, 4200 West Jemez Road (click here for map with Bldg 1 at the Research Park highlighted). Get off the elevator at the 3rd floor, follow the signs to the Synergy Center (two lefts) and enter through the door to rm 301. Sign in at the front desk (you don't need a badge - not LANL space - but they do like to keep track of visitors). The Synergy Center Conference Room is just beyond the front desk.
