Morrison will discuss how patentable inventions can be identified, what inventions are patentable, identification of inventors, what obligations inventors have to the Lab, and what patent attorneys do. If you have never had an invention patented but might someday, or you are simply curious about the process, this talk is for you!
Sideroom C is reserved from 11:30 to 1:30 for people who like to eat earlier or later, and informal discussion. You are welcome to come for just the talk at noon, and questions are encouraged!
