Recruitment, Retention, and Promotion of Women and Minorities
San Ildefonso Room, LANL Study Center, Los Alamos
Lisa created the NSF-ADVANCE program at NMSU and through this program has
been helping NMT, UNM, NMSU, and LANL increase the number of women
and minorities across the job series at each of these institutions.
Lisa will be equipped with data and statistics related to Diversity in the workplace and
options to help recruit, retain, and promote people in the workplace.
