Information For Students

We welcome all new and returning students to EYH and we look forward in having you participate at this year’s event.

Be ready for a day of excitement by meeting other girls just as yourself, doing hands-on activities through workshops, see what’s new at the science fair, and learn what our keynote speaker has to offer and so much more.

Things you need to know:

Lunch will be provided. (If you have any dietary special needs (ex. vegetarian, gluten free, allergic to nuts) please mention them upon registering.)


The use of cellphones during conference hours 8-2 is prohibited. Students should turn off their cellphones and stowed away in their bag. Students caught using their cellphones (other than for emergency reasons) during conference hours (including lunch hour) will be asked to shut them off and put them away.

Pick Up / Check Out After Event

Students being picked up after the event must have an approved permission slip noting the name and contact number of the person picking them up. Designated person must report to the Registrars desk to check student out.
